What is the Trainers’ Forum?

The Trainers’ Forum is a place where CO-TOP trainers who have already taken TOPCAT Online can maintain contact with others who have also taken TOPCAT Online. It is the ‘inner circle’ of CO-TOP trainers – those who have a special connection to one another through TOPCAT Online.

Why is there a Trainers’ Forum that is only open to some trainers?

Trainers who have participated in the TOPCAT Online course have formed close bonds with their classmates and have mentioned the desire to stay in touch with them. Of course, great distances separate trainers from one another and that makes face-to-face get-togethers very difficult. While CO-TOP trainers from districts have some opportunities to meet and share training stories and experiences, it is more difficult across districts. This is the solution.

What’s in it for me?

CO-TOP Trainers are under no obligation to participate in the Trainers’ Forum. However, if you have met other trainers through TOPCAT Online and learned to use the forum inside eCollege, you may want to continue the experience of commenting on topics that you care about, asking others what they think about various ideas, etc.

What do I have to do to join The Trainers’ Forum?

You will use the ID and password you set up in to your TOPCAT Online eCollege course. Click here to go to Trainers Forum.
